1. Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

We currently ship to:

  • Other supported regions (unsupported destinations will be flagged at checkout)

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (after dispatch, excluding customs delays)

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues (we are not responsible for these delays).

4. Duties & Taxes

  • EU/UK Orders: Shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) – no additional fees at delivery.

  • Non-EU Orders: Customers may be responsible for local customs duties, taxes, or fees (varies by country).

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

6. Lost or Stuck Packages
