Refund & Return Policy

Every COOZEBRA item is made to order from the design, color, size, and placement selected by you. For that reason, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after an order is placed.

Damaged, defective, missing, wrong, or not-as-approved items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, wrong, or different from the design you approved, email coozebra01@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the details and work with you on an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

Please review your artwork, spelling, print side, color, size, and quantity before adding your design to cart. Our size chart is listed on each product page.
