Refund & Return Policy

We process all return and refund requests within 48 hours of receipt. Please read our full policy below for details.

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused/unworn with original tags

  • In original packaging with proof of purchase

  • Non-returnable items excluded (see below)

How to Request a Return

  2. We will respond with approval/instructions within 48 hours

  3. If approved, you'll receive a return shipping label
    Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will not be accepted

Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us immediately upon delivery at inked001@outlook.com if you receive:

  • Defective/damaged merchandise

  • Incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items & gift cards

Refund Processing

  1. Inspection occurs upon return receipt

  2. Approval notification sent immediately

  3. Refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days
    Bank processing may require additional time

  4. Contact us if refund doesn't appear after 15 business days

EU Customers
14-day cooling off period applies. All standard return conditions remain.

We recommend:

  1. Return original item following standard process

  2. Place new order for desired item
