Refund & Return Policy

Every COOZEBRA item is made to order from the design, color, size, artwork, spelling, placement, and print sides selected by you. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled for buyer-selected choices after an order is placed. This does not apply when a printing, fulfillment, or shipping issue is our responsibility.

Damaged, defective, missing, wrong, or not-as-approved items
If an item is damaged, missing, incorrect, defective, or does not match the approved design because of a printing, fulfillment, or shipping issue we are responsible for, you may choose a free remake or a full refund. Email coozebra01@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.

Before you order
Please review your artwork, spelling, print sides, color, size, and quantity before checkout. Apparel measurements vary by product. Review the verified product-specific size chart shown before selecting sizes and quantities in the customizer. The public Size & Fit Guide explains how to compare measurements, but the chart attached to the selected product is the final sizing reference.
