Designing

Can I use my own photo?

Yes. Upload a photo during customization, then place it on the front, back, or both.

Can I add text?

Yes. Add a name, date, message, or other text while you design.

Can I print on both the front and back?

Yes. You can customize one side or both sides.

What if my photo needs help?

Every order receives a final check before printing. During customization, Remove Background and Enhance Image are optional at +$2 each if selected.

Ordering

Can I order just one T-shirt?

Yes. There is no minimum order.

When do I choose sizes and quantities?

Finish your design first, then choose S, M, L, XL, 2XL, or 3XL and set each quantity in the Zakeke Quantities step.

What sizes are available?

Our Custom T-Shirt is available in S–3XL with a regular unisex fit.

Shipping

How long does preparation take?

Preparation takes 2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

U.S. transit typically takes 4–6 business days after preparation.

Is U.S. shipping free?

Yes. U.S. shipping is free.

What if my order arrives damaged?
